The Location

where elegance begins

Mophet Ra'anana is located in the city center of Ra'anana, located 20 minutes from Tel Aviv, with access to major highways such as Route 4 (north-south), Route 402 (Hod Hasharon), Routes 554 and 541 (Kfar Saba), and Route 531 (Herzliya).

Metro Line M1, a 76-kilometer route connecting cities throughout Sharon to Tel Aviv and the Shephelah region, is coming soon to Ahuza Street, a step away from the MOPHET complex. So… whatever means you choose to get home, it is always a short and comfortable drive. Away.

RA'ANANA

Founded as an agricultural village in 1922, Ra’anana has grown into one of Israel’s most admired cities. Consistently ranked among the country’s most desirable places to live, it excels in every aspect of urban life, from advanced infrastructure and high-quality services to thriving career opportunities, exceptional education, and a vibrant cultural scene.

Ra’anana’s unique spirit fosters coexistence among diverse communities and embraces solidarity, tolerance, and tradition. As a result, the city regularly tops the National Happiness Index, thanks to its green, healthy lifestyle, strong local economy, and welcoming, joyful atmosphere. Ra'anana is truly an ideal setting for raising children and grandchildren.

RA'ANANA
PARK

At the heart of the city lies Ra'anana Park, the largest park in the Sharon district. It covers 50 acres of nature, culture, and community. The park offers something for everyone: manicured walking and bike trails, sports facilities, and playgrounds for all ages, a petting zoo, a scenic lake echoing the city's three-leaf-clover logo, expansive lawns, and an amphitheater hosting live concerts.

It is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurants, cafés, and an art gallery. While the little ones ride the park's train, you can sail a gondola on the lake, surrounded by graceful waterfowl. Children will love the park train, and you can even sail a gondola on the lake, surrounded by graceful waterfowl.

AHUZA ST.

Ra’anana is one of the few cities in Israel with a central high street that spans its entire length. Ahuza Street, paved in 1927, stretches from Ra’anana Junction in the east to Ra’anana Park in the west. Along its path are key landmarks such as City Hall and the Great Synagogue. Also found on Ahuza Street is the Yad LaBanim Cultural Center, the heart of the city’s cultural life, hosting theatre performances, concerts, and a variety of events.

Ahuza Street’s rich mix of culinary hotspots, boutique shops, and everyday amenities creates a vibrant, dynamic atmosphere, buzzing with life from early morning until midnight.
