• Alternative formats for brochures, forms, and documents are available upon request, subject to feasibility.

4. Website accessibility

We aim to provide an accessible browsing experience so that all visitors can use the Website under fair and suitable conditions. Some pages or components may still require improvements. We continue working to enhance accessibility and welcome feedback.

4.1 Accessibility features on the Website

Where supported by your device and browser, the Website’s accessibility tools may include:

• Adjusting color contrast or theme.

• Increasing text size and spacing.

• Highlighting links and headings.

• Enabling a highly readable font.

• Reducing motion or disabling animations.

• Keyboard-only navigation aids.

• Form field label and focus highlighting.

• A color-vision assistance mode.

• Zoom on hover and focus modes.

• Text-to-speech support when used with screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

In some implementations an on-screen accessibility menu is available via an icon; certain toolkits also support a keyboard shortcut to open the menu.

4.2 Tips for built-in browser accessibility

You can also use built-in browser or OS features such as zoom in/out and keyboard navigation with the Tab key, as well as system-level font size and contrast settings. Screen readers are supported by most modern platforms.

5. Standards and compatibility

We work to align with internationally recognized guidelines such as WCAG 2.1 at the AA level as far as practicable. Full compliance across all content and integrations may not always be achievable due to third-party components or technical constraints. We will continue to improve areas that do not yet meet the desired level.

6. Known limitations and continuous improvement

Despite our efforts, certain pages, media, documents, or widgets might not be fully accessible. We undertake periodic reviews, implement fixes, and consider accessibility in new developments. If you experience a barrier, please tell us so we can address it.

7. Feedback and requests

We welcome inquiries, suggestions, and reports regarding accessibility of our facilities or the Website. To help us assist you, please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and your browser or assistive technology if relevant.
